This little gem of a taco truck is one of my go-to spots near my home. They have a pretty varied menu but I go for the tacos — one of my favorites is The Randy: potatoes, egg, chorizo, bacon, cilantro, onions, cheese (on the right in the photo above).
They have a covered area with tables, which is pretty nice compared to some other spots but in the summer heat you’re better off taking it home because Texas Summer, am I right? 🔥
