My wife made some tacos for breakfast today.
Scrambled eggs. Tortillas. Salsa.
Simplicity.
The flour tortillas are from the HEB Bakery and they are really good. Warm them in a pan, slather on some butter, and load ’em up. My wife also made the salsa with tomatoes from our garden. (Tomatoes grow very well here.)
Truth is ever to be found in the simplicity, and not in the multiplicity and confusion of things.
